There's nothing special that happened today to inspire me to write about one thing in particular but here are a few random thoughts:

1. I'm 6 episodes into the 1st season of Californication and I LOVE this series. I think in an alternate universe David Duchovny's character, Hank Moody, is the guy I'd love to be, minus the excessive drinking and cigarette smoking.

2. My phone is ringing and I'm not getting out of bed to answer it.

3. As long as they keep playing as well as they have since the Louisville game, the Kentucky Wildcats won't be ranked in the top 25 this coming week but will have votes and will get into the top 25 sometime in February.

4. In the passed 3 days, I've worked back to back 12+ hour days, spent a total of 10+ hours driving, and only have a total of 10 hours of sleep.

5. Phil Jackson looks better with a goatee.

6. Manu Ginobli is a great clutch basketball player.

7. I can't wait to get home to my wife and 4 legged children.

8. I'm thirsty but yet again, don't want to get out of bed.

9. I wish I had a broader vocabulary, and was more versed in literature, and music.

10. OK! It's time get something to drink, watch another episode of Californication, then go to sleep.
